Bloco Singapura. Awesome night. Having mirza come down. Though we got into a minor fight. I suffered major bruises on my knees. In fact all over my leg. The crowd was "garang" as quoted by Syed Ahmad. There was barely space for us to move. Oh ! Can I add? The opening of bahaiana funk was awfully funny lahh!
Because the tamborim section up in front decided to run and skip with the dancers leaving us timbau, snares and surdos to grab our instruments, play with one hand, chasing after them. I shouted to fiza.... while running "AKU TAKLEH KETUK! AKU TAKLEH KETUK!!" HAHAHAHA! Fiza muke pon dah stress. Pasal die takleh ketuk abeh die conpuse. *muke lost*
Plus, crowd cannot see me. Neither can I see them. JOY of being short. Bahahaha!
Saturday 26th July 08
Worked morning to 6 after which I went back to the museum for another show. This time round with a smaller group. For this performance, was said to be much much tighter with a more compact sound.
Sunday 27th July 08
By Sunday, I had zero energy so much so that I turned up an hour late for work. BUT! I did alot of things. Cotton on suntec's storage is officially neat thanks to *surdo roll* SAMMIE! And sales shoot up to 4 k with onie 2 person closing eh. Tgk ah. TERROR KAPAA! Anyway, I had to deliver a purchase to a customer residing at Conrad hotel just because Vicky failed to put the particular item inside the bag. This customer happened to be flying off to her country in a few hours and couldn't drop by Suntec. I took the item with a note saying...

After work, I went down to the hotel (while looking at the hot doormen) and dropped it at the frontdesk. Ouh the person serving me was flirting with me ok! Tapi takpe. Pasal die hot.
