I was zipping the surdo bag when I heard a birthday song being sung. It took me 30 seconds to realise that it was my RDP babies singing to me! (I may be 18, but I 've still got super slow brains)
They sang in unison and in harmony and for awhile I thought we can drop percussion and be choir practitioners instead *rolls eyes*.
It was very very very sweet! The organisers of the NOKIA event joined in too. I SWEAR I would have cried right that minute. REALLY! I am THAT sensitive. BUT! Looking at how I am eighteen, and looking at how FAIZAL have started to talk to me like a normal human being now instead of viewing me as an epitome of 'pangsai', I DECIDED TO KEEP MY COOL!
After the song, Bud passed me a golden square box. Inside the square box stood a cute little stick man holding a surdo! OMG OMG OMG LUHH!
I WAS LIKE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS SOO ME!
You people want to know which part? The knee! LOLS! Because I ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS bend my knees like that when I play surdos. HAHA! LOOK!

im in a dilemma!
I want to bring this cute thing to bed but im afraid i might end up with bloodied eyes the next morning. Heh heh. K, Im super happy!
Even at work. Gus is soo fun to have to work with! We do all sorts off stupid stuff like dancing behind the cashier counter. Shouting some foreign language (that got heads turning time and again). We sang and shaked to "I LIKE BIG BUTTS AND I CANNOT LIE!". Plus, we laughed at GUS when he climbed the table and hit his head TWICE, and continued doing his thing thinking no one saw that. Gundu!
And I think I talked alot today with everyone especially to customers when I realised that my jaw muscles hurts a hell lot while on the train back home.and it's a good thing.
To you, Mirza.. Let's move on. I don't think I want to be doing things which aren't appreciated one bit. There's no point. Here I am doing all I can to help you, to put some sense into you but what do I get back? Suddenly I am the one making you life difficult. That's it. I give up!
*thanks to ima and the rest for the constant support and reminders.
It was time to stop hiding in the dark and to hold your head up high and come face to face with the truth.
