Work started at 6 today. Time past by fast and before I know it, dah buka. Yah..Ate and stuff and got back to work. Was busy doing the cashier when the phone rang. Since i'm the nearest, obviously I have to pick up the phone. Now the thing about me is that, I've never touched the phone for the how many months i've worked here. So, i'm kinda paranoid. LOL!
me: Hello? Andersen's Ice Cream
(Obviously I have no idea as to how to answer the phone)
him: Hello? Who's on the line?
me: Samsiah
him: Samsiaahhhhhhhhhhhh! ingat tak nie sape?
me: huh?
(I've really got to come out with a more intelligent answer than this.. LOL)
him: fey lahh.
me: sape tu?
(oh bother.. )
him: alah yg collect ice-cream hari tu.
(gee. he remembered me AND my name)
me: Oh ahh..
him: samsiah samsiah.. sape sape keje nari?
me: Fei ting
him: bilang fei ting suruh hantar order form sekarang.
(great.. now im his messenger or wat?)
me: k bye.
and a few minutes later he called back himself to talk to Fei Ting personally. -..-
they were talking and talking and I sorta heard them talk bout me. And finally, my supervisor put down the phone.
a few minutes pass again and the phone rang again. I deliberately stood further away from the phone and fei ting deliberately let it rang. she said the call was for me. So I picked it up lah. But it wasn't a call but a fax. Guess wat came through it? Look below..
I swore that I could have turned pink man. I quickly folded the paper and stashed it inside my bag. If Fei Ting were to see it, PAISEH lah aku!
I was smiling to myself cos seriously..
THAT WAS A SWEET THING THAT HE'D DONE!
